I finally broke down and bought a cell phone: +66-6-092-7800 (66=Thailand country code). This is good only in Thailand, I may be able to get another # elsewhere, I might not. You can also send me text messages–that’s pretty cool.
Keep in mind that Thailand is +15 hours from PST, so 4:39am on the West Coast–> 7:39pm in Thailand. Don’t ask me to figure out the East Coast time differential, I’m still way too hung over from last night’s party. 
Nothing much to report from the party: I met the body painter, he does some fantastic stuff– http://www.taladthai.com/circle/members/bizart/bpaint.html . Not what I’m looking for, I think, but I’m going to email him anyway–hopefully I can get him to teach me something about body painting. A more detailed description will have to wait until I’m recovered from the excesses of last night…I’m having trouble seeing straight right now.
